However, that pride has recently received a very humbling boost in the form of recognition from two highly respected international organisations.

WeconnectU makes AU-Startups’ Proptech Watchlist – twice!

The first organisation is AU-Startups, a thriving community of founders, investors, industry experts and organisations committed to fostering entrepreneurship in Africa. Their article on Southern African Proptech innovators recognised both RedRabbit – powered exclusively by WeconnectU – and our WeconnectU platform (offering Community Management, Rental Asset Management and RedRabbit) as two of the 12 solutions transforming Property Management and Investment in Southern Africa today.

Describing RedRabbit as “innovative and intuitive” AU-Startups specifically drew attention to its ability to streamline inspection and maintenance workflows while eliminating repetitive tasks and time-wasting activities.

For us, this was encouraging validation of our efforts to build solutions that go beyond mere functionality to actually solve the core challenges property managers face. In this case, the time-consuming and fiddly nature of inspections and maintenance management and the frequently overlooked value-adding opportunities that come with a proactive approach.

Our commitment to building customer-centric solutions also contributed to our success in the latest Technology Innovator Awards, hosted by Innovation in Business. The judging panel and research team considered our “commitment to customer service, creativity and innovation” as pivotal factors in awarding our three-solution ecosystem (Community Management, Rental Asset Management and RedRabbit) the Best Property Management Software (South Africa).

Known for their merit-driven approach, this was both humbling and excellent motivation to continue pushing forward with our ultimate goal: to create more valued and valuable property managers through innovative, effective and customer-centric solutions that solve the four challenges of property management – Compliance, Manageability, Scalability and Profitability.
