“The yearly audit process really works very smoothly on the WeconnectU system,” she says. “I actually have my auditor logging into WeconnectU – I've given her permission to log into my system. She just draws down everything she needs from the system and submits my stuff. I've never had a problem with an audit since being on the WeconnectU system.”

Carika says WeconnectU has helped KVZ Properties become much more compliant – particularly when it comes to fiddly tasks like landlords’ tax statements.

“Previously, I had to dig out where all the expenses went,” she says. “Now I just press a button that says ‘Tax Statement’ and off it goes – wonderful!”
